You had Biker Mice From Mars, Street Sharks, Wild West C owboys of Moo Mesa, Bucky O'Hare.
James IrishHOST
65:49
And while some of them became cult favorites, none could reach the heights the Turtles did.
Chrissy HardingHOST
65:54
I enjoyed Biker Mice From Mars, 'cause it was, while it was the s- while it was an imitator, it also really was different, too.
AlexHOST
53:29
It's, you know, gets pretty hard.
AlexHOST

It's got bosses, uh, You know, like, take, like, Bucky O'Hare for the NES.

And it's pretty much across the board, like what you would expect, uh, Ninja turtles, transformers.
RobertGUEST
4:46
But then I would get into some of the more obscure stuff like Bucky O'Hare or like biker mice from Mars.
RobertGUEST
4:53
Um, things of that nature, uh, a lot of, you know, Americana typical type of stuff.
RobertGUEST

But my unexpected find, I think, was Bucky O'Hare, just because I don't think I've ever really...
ChaddGUEST
84:35
I've always wanted it, but it's just not something that was really a big deal.
ChaddGUEST
84:39
But I saw it, and it's such a beautiful cartridge.
Christopher McLeodHOST

But like when I was old enough.
Christopher McLeodHOST

and started getting back into collecting again um bucky o'hare and visionaries were the two vintage lines i wanted to complete because they were some of my favorite figures from back in the day and uh you know other lines like obviously turtles and joe and all that kind of stuff was just like that's a long game that you play in there whereas visionaries and bucky o'hare you could like at the time when i was back into collecting in like 2000 and i don't know 9 10 11 around that time let's just say 2011 for argument's sake um i had dipped into trying i was trying very desperately to get as many visionaries carded figures as possible and i completed the the carded lineup and the vehicle box lineup as well so i've got like a you know a complete collection of visionaries boxed and carded but also one of them loose as well so that was another thing and the same with bucky o'hare um that was another line i managed to complete early on in my kind of but again the prices weren't too bad at that point they really weren't that bad at all um so yeah so visionaries is something that i hold very dear to my heart now i know that these are probably not going to be exactly the same as those um size wise for example i imagine a lot of people are going to be doing some comparisons with the leoric and you know the the og leoric and dark storm etc and And maybe even throw in the Revolution box set Leoric as well, just to kind of like, you know, and the Mighty Mugs Leoric, for those that know.
Christopher McLeodHOST
41:12
I've done a lot of Leoric stuff, although that Mighty Mug was definitely to keep the brand like trademark or whatever.
Christopher McLeodHOST
41:19
uh so anyway yeah so these are showing up soon and i can't wait um they just look so good they just look so bloody good and i think uh the additions they've made to these figures um are for the best uh we've got these little backpack clip things which uh look to hold the staff on their backs as well which is something that we saw so much in the cartoon but couldn't really replicate it um with the toys however as a child i might be the only person that did this I doubt it.
