And thousands of people followed the story of her funeral.

That took place in April at St John's Baptist Church in Buckhurst Hill.

Crowds gathered outside.

People lined the streets.

no no and um you know that that aspect of having to travel somewhere is what again kind of build that love for something because I'm traveling like an hour and a half to do an hour and a half session and then an hour and a half to get back.

So I was traveling to Debden, Buckhurst Hill, all these places and I'm sure people who listen to this will know a lot about me and my bike and probably a lot of people will laugh but I remember I was taking like my affordable bike on the central line going upstairs with this heavy 15-gauge e-bike and making my way to sessions, sometimes I wasn't even getting paid for them, you know, but it was an opportunity to be a part of something that was established, something where there was a group of people who enjoyed coaching and the regularity of coaching, so I know every weekend or every week I'm there, I'm improving, I'm asking people for feedback, I'm learning from people who have been coaching different levels of the game for periods of time.

So the grassroots environment was really the first place where I was there.

And then again, you get the responsibility of taking a team on the weekend.

And if they can't, they, like how many footballers have got like hench over the Torres looking like the rock I saw on really other day doing pull-ups looking like some I don't know I don't want to bring him up too much but he was looking at but there's that you've gone every day of your life training and then you've got this game to look forward to at the end of the week or midweek and you can't just lose that so you find ways to fill that and you're still playing and still keeping active and it's a beautiful thing for people to be active movement is medicine um so that's one great thing and then you've got a community of the guys and talking about life so and talk about your kids and i want to talk about your kids i want to talk about your eldest boy and his journey because he he had a journey as well i know we've spoken about him off camera but he he showed promise and was picked up Yeah,

so he played grassroots over at Buckhurst Hill.

And I think it was the Echo League they played in at that time.

And he got invited by a Chelsea scout who is still involved in the game at this level now.
