And, you know, again, that goes kind of against some of the things that I've said on this program earlier in the year where I thought, well, you know, Is that really a path? Where does that get you? Where does McLeod Bethel Thompson get you? But again, if he's committed to playing football next year, and I don't know if he is, and he's been healthy, could you get a year or two out of McLeod Bethel Thompson to buy you time to the next guy? I think that's what the Red Blacks are asking themselves right now.

Yeah, and especially even right now, right? Head coach, GM, offensive coordinator, Ryan Didwood, he was already talking to the media yesterday about, you know, potentially seeing Bryson Barnes in some of these games with McLeod Bethel-Thompson.

It seems like they're kind of waiting for that moment and kind of when Bryson Barnes is ready.

And I guess my theory and pushback on that is, you know, what is the real plan for the Ottawa Red Blacks moving forward at quarterback? Because there's been a complete...

amount of rumblings about Chad Kelly in this offseason.

You know, going back the last few weeks, now McLeod Bethel-Thompson's looking good.

And then the coaches already talked about Bryson Barnes wanting to get reps to see what they have in him.

And also that he is a potential option for next season.

and he had a really nice run for them.

I think this is when they had Bryson Barnes or whatever, the pig farmer kid, was their quarterback.

So he makes the transition to running back.

He's primarily a special teams player.

I don't understand in a lot of ways, as well as McLeod Bethel Thompson played five touchdowns, almost 400 yards passing.

The guys can throw the ball, but the outcome was the same and they still don't know what they have in Bryson Barnes.
