So that'll be a big weekend for Miami to, you know, kind of fend off a little bit of that Florida momentum, let it die down a little bit and then get momentum back on its side.

All right, so you can't go to the Jacksonville area and us not talk about wide receiver Bryson Wright, Mandarin High School, number one player in the 2028 class.

He does it every weekend, highlight plays.

Bryson Wright, tied with Miami as well.

Who do you think Miami's in better shape with when it comes to these Jacksonville five stars, Asher Giotto or Bryson Wright?

I mean, I would say Miami's probably top two for both of them, top three.

You know, if you really wanted to extend it, I think, you know, right now, Miami, Florida, and then some of those out-of-state schools for Asher and then for Bryson, Miami, Texas are the two schools that are probably setting the pace.

You look at the wide receivers that came in as freshmen last year, Dan Spafford, Samarion Wingo, they've gotten on the field as true freshmen.

And we knew it was going to be chippy.

Mandarin started out with an early lead touchdown to who other than Bryson Wright to start off the game.

But if there is any doubt heading into tonight about who the best team in the city is, I don't think there is anymore.

No, no, there's no doubt any longer.

We knew that.

But holding Mandarin to 13 was eye-opening tonight for me.

And it started out hot as well because you know Bryson Wright, one of the best wide receivers in the entire country, knocks in as three-star quarterback throwing in the ball.

They have one of the better run games in the entire state as well.

It's going to have one of those long-lasting experience type deals.

Two major takes coming out of there was Bryson Wright and David Dotson.

Bryson Wright's the number one player in the country.

He's number one receiver, 6'3", and a half, about 205.

Um, he, he, he liked Texas already, you know, everyone in the country likes this kid, but man, Texas did something good to this kid.

He raved about it.

Bryson Wright is the number one receiver in the country out of Jacksonville, Florida.

In fact, in the 24-7 composite ranking, he's the number one player in the country.

He was there.

He's from Jamie French's old high school.

Side note, Texas – I'm not saying Texas is a team to beat for Bryson Wright right now because Miami is still heavily involved.

So is Florida, Florida State.

I don't think there's a team I'd put in front of Texas coming out of this weekend.

You know, Cam McGee, the number one player in 2028, was in town.

You know, uh, Bryson Wright, you know, number one receiver in 2028, a ki- kid from our backyard here in Florida.

You know, Jalen Addai, the number two receiver, uh, in, in, in 2028 as well.

That is, what, Joseph Addai? There's some relationship to Joseph Addai.

It's his son, Bud.

Okay.

And yeah, I think as [laughs] it's ways away, but I think Bryson Wright, Jalen Addai, it's gonna be a battle there for, for wide receiver one.

And then, hey, the third ranked wide receiver is Jet Harrison, Marvin Harrison's brother.

I literally drove up and it was like, boom.

Um, uh, but to see five-star receiver Bryson Wright.

Um, look, the kids are blown away by the environment, right? Does that mean the kid's gonna go to the, to Texas? Because you have NIL factors.

I mean, and this is a good time to talk about Sean Fox, uh, the Kentucky commitment.

What really goes into these recruitments nowadays for these schools.

Um, but Bryson Wright was blown away, obviously, by the environment.

He'll be at Florida, he'll be at Miami.

I mean, those are two of the top four schools on his list, Texas and Ohio State.

Stopped in Pensacola, but I'll be in Jacksonville, uh, for afternoon practice.

Gonna go see Bryson Wright, five-star wide receiver from Mandarin High School.

I've seen a couple of times.

First time it was Jamie French went to high school there, so I saw the young guy, uh, Bryson Wright, when he was a freshman.

He was at the game over the weekend.

Texas in the top two or three for him.
