19:33What are some of the projects or technologies that you've seen come online that you think are going to be most useful to solving some of these problems?

Bryce YonkerGUEST
Well, we'll get pretty wonky pretty fast, and you might ask me the question again while we just tangent off on talking about cool new technologies.

Bryce YonkerGUEST
But one I'll talk about that would be categorized as kind of like a non-wire solution or a grid-enhancing technology or an advanced transmission ATT technology, all sorts of acronyms that people lump things under, but dynamic line rating.

Bryce YonkerGUEST
We can understand... what's going on in essentially near real time on our grid infrastructure, on the power lines, and you can change the operations accordingly.

Bryce YonkerGUEST
So if you know it's going to be a hot day and you're going to have a higher power demand, you can change the way you let those systems work.

Bryce YonkerGUEST
And so you can get 3%, 5%, 10% more power electrons more electricity through our infrastructure when you're proactively managing it than if you can if you're just you know letting the things go the way that they've statically done for 50 or 100 years so it seems like a no-brainer set of set technologies why wouldn't we just have dynamic line rating capabilities on all the infrastructure that's out there Well, good question, right? It gets, it gets into that hard political business model, financial return question on, you know, how do we make capital investments on our, on our electric infrastructure? So, you know, I'd say there's a lot of appetite to, to put, uh, you know, various instrumentation on the system and manage it more proactively.

Bryce YonkerGUEST
But there's also, you know, some amount of pushback to, well, we don't get as much guaranteed rate of return if we are more capital efficient with our deployments.

25:33So how do you make things more affordable for folks knowing that the business model for some of these utilities is to continue to put out infrastructure and charge rate payers for it?
