Bryan Woods

All right.

It is written and directed by Scott Beck and Brian Woods.

Produced by Todd Garner, Mark Fasano, Vishal Runtga, and Ankur Runtga, and also Eli Roth.

Put in his two cents worth on this film.

So shout out to our friends.

I'm tired.

In July 2017, it was announced that Scott Beck and Brian Woods would write and direct the film.

The film would be produced by Eli Roth, Todd Garner, and yada, yada, yada.

And then this movie, Other Mommy, was written by three people.

Two of the guys who wrote it wrote A Quiet Place, and their names are Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, and then the third writer is a man named Mark Heyman, who wrote Black Swan.

So that is very impressive.

Definitely something, and I maybe can see a little bit of Black Swan DNA in Other Mommy, but of course, Black Swan's way better.

Mm-hmm

... from Scott Beck and Bryan Woods.

Um, this is the story of a, a young woman with a, a troubled past and a troubled present, uh, who hooks up with her douchebag friends and they go hunting for an extreme haunted house.

Uh, they find it, and they mostly don't live to regret it.

I think it got a limited theatrical release.

But it's a 2019 film, uh, from Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, who co-wrote A Quiet Place.

And I am picking Haunt from 2019.

I saw this when it dropped to streaming.

We have briefly mentioned it, but it is Haunt from 2019.

Yeah, 2019. directed by Scott Beck and Brian Woods.

If you don't know the names, they also recently did heretic, which is like one of the, I think that was one of the strongest films from last year.

Similar premise of hell fest on Halloween.

Yep.

Scott Beck and Bryan Woods have said huge influence on many of their scripts, including Quiet Place.

Quiet Place.

Yeah.
