And so the defense would have to take measures to try and undermine those.

Chief among them in my in my eyes is the DNA that it was allegedly on the knife sheath that was traced back to Goebbels.

How in the world are you going to overcome that? Well, you've got to explore, hey, is there any colorable argument that this evidence could have been planted? Is there any colorable argument that the DNA analysis and the type they used is rather nascent? It's still established, but it's newer than old school DNA analysis.

Is there a chance that that analysis was flawed or erroneous in some fashion? And then you build to, I think they would have to maintain that alleged alibi that he was stargazing.

Well, I mean, they are willing participants in this at some point, too, where it's like you can say, "I'm gonna support you," or, "I'm not." Um, and no way am I saying that has anything to do with the murder, so don't nobody take it that way.

But y- you gotta make your choices in life, and if they're choosing to stand by Lil Bri despite the cascade of evidence against him, well, the consequences to those decisions, you know, shall befall them, and they can deal with them.

I don't have a lot of sympathy at that point.
