Bruce Vaughn

So we need to learn from the entertainment industry, Disney.

The Disney Imagineers, in my second book, In Healing Spaces, I got a wonderful behind-the-scenes tour by Bruce Vaughn, who at the time was the vice president of Disney Imagineering.

And he showed me how they developed the concept of how do you move people through a space when you can't tell them where to go, where you make them want to go to a certain place at the pace that you want them to go to.

Because you don't want them to run to the castle.

Yeah.

And Bruce Vaughn actually gave a talk.

He was at Fast Company, and they asked him about, you know, Imagineering and using AI and such.

He had an interesting quote saying, "Imagineering now views projects as investments and not as, like, just these like, 'Here's our budget, here's what we're doing.'" Like, they're kind of...

... they're using a ton of AI.

They have their own JARVIS system for that.

So Bruce Vaughn and D'Marro are friends, 'cause D'Marro brought r- Bruce Vaughn back into the fold.

So you got two guys that are really tech-driven that now are getting into the AI stuff.
