So now when you say you have a portion of your time go, is it just your time as a founder or is the whole company focused 20% of their efforts on? So everybody does

some.

So every employee gets 24 hours of paid volunteer time per year, of which about eight hours is a habitat bill we do every spring.

And then maybe four hours is this film festival we put on every November.

And, you know, this award is just one part of how we can show that.

Thank you very much for the comment, because that's what we aim for, is we sort of have a vision to make people's lives with MS better.

And since I started looking after people with MS all those years ago, you know, people do much better than they did 30 years ago.

They do, people, you know, as you say, it becomes a chronic disease, a disease people, you have to live with.

But it is not, it doesn't shorten people's lifespan.

People have a much better quality of life.

And I think I think we've made a difference now.

What would you say to people out there thinking about nominating someone, putting someone forward for consideration for this year's awards?
