Brown Stock or Estufad 4 pounds of shin of beef, flesh and bone 4 pounds of shin of veal, flesh and bone Half a pound of lean raw ham Half a pound of fresh pork rind, rinsed in tepid water Three-quarter pound of minced carrots, browned in butter Three-quarter pound of minced onions browned in butter.

Preparation.

Then roughly remove the fat, pass the liquid through a sieve, and let it cool.

That can mean a red can lean warm, a red can lean cool, right? A blue can lean warmer with the more yellow undertones versus cool, right? So many different colors, right? They can depend on where you're going with it.

Brown, right? Brown is a great example.

It can lean, you know, kind of ashy brown, grayed out brown that you're seeing popular or really rich warm.

That's one thing.

It's a beautiful neutral that I think that you should add to your wardrobe this season if you are in the business casual environment, but also if you are in business professional, there are beautiful burgundy and brown suits, and you could do a brown boot.

So if you wanna dress up a little bit, the boot would have to be an ankle boot that you could wear with pants, you could wear with jeans, and I do suggest...
