Um, and so what the work that I do in particular is we take that programming that was programmed into you.

Okay.

With the brainwashing, um, and re rewire that in the subconscious mind.

So we kind of release the past and so that we can finally let the body.

And your whole internal system kind of feels safe through somatic work, feeling the emotion that has never been able to be felt.

And so

Why don't you tell people a little bit about who you are and how you got interested in this subject?

Yeah, of course.

I would love to.

First of all, I am an RTT therapist, rapid transformational therapist, and a trauma healing mentor.

So I didn't just land in this role.

I really got called to it after having to heal.

I left a very abusive marriage of 17 years and a cult that I had survived in for 36 years in 2017.

Yeah.

Yep, that'll do it.

Yeah, that'll do it.

Yeah.

That was my final straw.

That was really what I call like [laughs] one of my first awakenings to be like, "What am I doing here? Why am I continuing to play this out?" About seven, eight months before that event, I had figured out that I was even in a narcissistic friendship.

And I started to research narcissism.

Now, that's the crazy thing about being inside of a cult, [laughs] you are not taught to research outside of the cult.

Yeah

So were your parents also born in, or did they choose it? Or tell us your family history with this group.

For sure.

So yeah, we were a third generation.

I was third generation, so my parents were born in as well, and that's really all we knew.

So, you know, and when your parents come to you and they say, "You know, this is the truth.

This is the only path.

This is the only way to your salvation," as a, a child, you don't question that.
