What are you seeing out there with the way that brands are using AI wrong, and, uh, franchisees and, and, and maybe even the franchise development process, they're using AI in the wrong way today?

Brooke BudkeGUEST
How brands and people are using AI wrong today, I could write a book about, Eric, in fact.

Brooke BudkeGUEST
I use it to help me think faster, deeper research, data analytics, and I absolutely never use it for copywriting.

Brooke BudkeGUEST
It is a known thing for consumers today, if you were to see a post written by a person and a post written by AI, you absolutely know which one was which because there are errors, there are humanity, there are run-on sentences, there is imperfect grammar and, uh, punctuation versus the words that keep coming up over and over and over with AI.

Brooke BudkeGUEST
So when I see AI gone wrong, number one, when you look at social media, it is using AI to think on your behalf and write on your behalf and not editing it.
