You can actually they pencil across the three different operational strategies.

But for instance, in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, that's strictly STR for us.

Right.

And it's a tremendous yielding STR for us.

For sure.

The one thing that I do believe happened, just as far as maybe a 4A1 goes, Broken Bow is going to be second in that district.

4A4.

So.

So that's probably the newest area that we've doubled down in this year.

Broken Bow, Oklahoma, another really cool cabin lake area.

Around like two and a half to four hours drive time north of Dallas-Fort Worth.

So another terrific market.

That might be like a 30 by eight foot closet or something like that.

But let's pretend one of those things existed versus like a million dollar cabin.

That's like five or six bedrooms in the broken bow area of Oklahoma.

Well, the land valuation in that Bay Area might be like, it might literally be like, I don't know, 750 grand, something like absurd.

I completely understand.

I grew up in Broken Bow.

And so, you know, I remember growing up as a kid, I would get news from Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas.

And so I really didn't know a lot what was happening in Oklahoma City and in our state.

Money just, that kind of money and power does not interest me.

Making sure that people have food and shelter and homes and a better quality of life, that's important to me.

I grew up below the poverty line in Broken Bow.

And I mean, we struggled.

That's right.

So if there's moms out there that aren't necessarily in Broken Bow or wherever you are, Holly Springs, Holy Green, what's it called?

Hazel Green.

Hazel Green.

It was hurt towards the playoffs.

But he kind of – It's kind of like these smaller towns that have never won a championship or have never been good.

You know, we talk about Stilwell, Broken Bowl.

They played Broken Bowl pretty decent.

They've only lost to Broken Bowl South.

Well, there, if, you know, at Broken Bowl or somewhere where, you know, they really love their football and they're used to winning over the years, over the decades.

They're used to holding a standard of winning.

Your days are numbered as soon as you get there.

Okay.

I know that's a weird thing to complain about, but it is so obviously not Oklahoma if you've ever been to Oklahoma, especially because on the map in the movie, it shows Somerville is on the east side of the state, like between Broken Bow and Tulsa, somewhere in there.

Oh, okay.

And that is where the mountains in Oklahoma are because they're at the edges of the Ouachita's.
