So just for perspective of people listening, because I think sometimes people are like, how is she structured or how could I do that? So just so it's clear how things are structured.

is the lead clinician and I would take days and that was very very helpful and what that meant is like if something escalated outside of our work hours that were here of course if I'm here the people I supervise can come directly to me but if I'm not here then everything goes to that clinical lead and if she's not here everything comes to me When we took vacations, an email would go out to everybody saying, hey, so-and-so is out of the office this week.
