And in workforce, just in general for workforce systems, what is most valuable to partnerships? What type of partnerships do you think are the most important?
6:30
The partnerships that are more than... symbolic or name.
6:35
Those are important, but the ones in which they come with an opportunity, right? So I look at partnerships as in, okay, what can, what can mutually benefit us? So is it, you're going to help some of my workers get internships or job opportunities or training, or is this a, is this an opportunity for me to train your staff? So they can shift their perspective left in terms of accessibility in the product development cycle.
7:03
Or is this an opportunity where we can co-create an environment together that benefits everybody? So when we think bigger than, oh, yeah, shake hands, we're partners, and potentially we kind of have to be.
7:16
Maybe it's a federal partner or someone we have to share data with.
7:20
If we rethink that and we swap it and go, what could we benefit? What's the opportunity? Instead of, gosh, what's the necessity? What are we required to do? Because that, honestly, no one wants to really do that.
7:35
We don't want to talk about, oh, yeah, I got to send you this data file because I have to.
8:02
Why is that important and how does that have an impact for workforce programs?
