So my school kind of got me into running reluctantly.

I had to borrow some skanky spikes and started running and then went to the national... biathlon, which is swim, run on different days back in Sheffield and got runner up at the national schools and was handed a card by British Triathlon and said, we're looking at the world class start funded program.

You've obviously got good legs and lungs.

We want to give you a go.

So I need to get that out of the way because I want to qualify for Kona World Championships in my age group next year.

So that will be the big one.

Quite excitingly, I don't know where this will go, but I have put my interest down to potentially look at being a Paralympic tri guide with, you know, British triathlon and, you know, that I'm on their books, if you like, whether that comes up or not, but that would be nice to do LA in 2028.

But I think for the shorter term, yeah, get this Ironman done.

He felt that he still had quite a bit to give the sport and thought he should have been... on the team for Paris.

Of course, British Triathlon had Alex Yee there, but Johnny Brownlee felt he could have done a job on behalf of Alex Yee, but didn't get selected.

Sam Dickinson did.

And of course, they did win another medal.

They're going to put Olympic points in November.

And British Triathlon Federation is trying to protest this, saying, hey, this event was slated outside of the Olympic window.

We don't think it should have points in its new date.

I'm just saying that's like weak sauce in the sense that They don't know what the calendar is going to be yet for 27.
