Like, in, in regards to its clo- It's, it's probably closer to Brisbane City than, than Cronulla is to the, the city.

It's not far at all.

That's why...

Like, you're, you're, you're a 30-minute drive from Brisbane City.

You could live in Brisbane and train at Redcliffe.

Well, this is one of the best vantage points in Brisbane City to take it all in

when the fireworks get underway in just two hours' time.

We planned this day for about four to five months leading up to it, so it's all systems go.

And I just moved recently in the last two months, so I was in Brisbane City, and now I'm about 45 minutes out of Brisbane along the beach, and it's a little bit warmer here, so I would say...

I'm not sure about degrees and Celsius, but, uh, it's, it's nice.

It's full.

And not even just for people that move around a lot, for people that want to have a really great lifestyle, but also want to get exposure to some growth assets through property at the same time.

And I often say like it's sort of, when you look at Brisbane City, for example, like you can go rent an apartment in Brisbane City for... 800 bucks to a thousand bucks a week something like that if you were to buy one of those your mortgage repayments would be through the roof like astronomic i'm not sure how much they're selling for but i imagine it wouldn't be cheap um so you know Being able to still have that lifestyle, live centrally, close to amenities, do all the things you love doing, but then buy an investment property, maybe someone a little bit further out of town.

And it doesn't matter because you don't need to live there yourself, right? As long as there's enough demand for people that want to live there, you're going to be fine.

So yeah, I really love that strategy.

So it was close to the city.

It's like 25, 26 k's from Brisbane City.

But it was really close to the water as well.

And in my opinion, the best beach in Brisbane as well, which is Margate.

Anyway, I just started cold calling.

I literally picked up the kind of advertorial books from Brisbane City.

You know, I just started calling those people and ringing, ringing, ringing, getting nowhere.

And the procurement manager from Hutchinson Builders, which is a big building firm, a large company in Brisbane, called me back and he said, there was something in your voice that I liked.
