Bridgend County Borough

It's fourth and 67.

What's going on here? and they've somehow sort of knocked it backwards, then dropped the ball backwards again, then knocked it further back, and you just go, well, that's summed up Bridgend.

They couldn't get a territorial game going at all.

Cardiff were smart.

As you say, four tries off the mole, three for young Tom Howes, already made his professional debut this season.

And I think that summed it up.

Bridgend couldn't...

They were really soft, Bridgend.

Porthcawl, Bridgend, South Wales On Poplar Crescent is a circle of modest three-bedroom semi-detached houses overlooking a small green, home to retirees and working-class families, a place where neighbours recognise one another.

For years, one of those locals was an unassuming man who gladly took in parcels for his neighbours, and went out of his way to let anyone know if they had accidentally left their car lights on so they wouldn't wake up the next morning to a drained battery.

Almost everyone on the Crescent remembered him as unremarkable, polite and quiet.
