And that's only for in-person voters, not for mail-in voters, and that's was a criticism that was raised about this constitutional amendment, that it does leave that hole there for mail-in voters not having to use photo ID to prove their identity.

So when I talked to Representative Brian Stewart for our TV show, The State of Ohio, this last week, he said that there was already an attempt to try to deal with this issue of what about mail-in voters? There was a law that was passed at the same time this constitutional amendment was passed to put it before voters.

So he said that that has been dealt with, um, but it, it's, it's still an issue that Ohioans are gonna see on the ballot.

And if you are at all confused about why this isn't the case right now, that, oh, voters don't have to show photo ID, well, if you vote, you know that you did have to show [laughs] photo ID.
