I mean, can we keep up with this?

So very similar to Jim's question, what do we all do? We're surrounded by these types of threats.

So I think the more we adopt technology, the more we adopt it without really any meaningful sense of regulation compared to cars, compared to mattresses, compared to summer camps, all the ways that we give technology and opportunity to children in our society, we generally regulate that.

But the tech companies seem to have escaped most regulation.

They have a lot of product liability.

The difference in the cases that we've seen recently is, for example, in New Mexico, where you said I was a part of it.

But I can repeat I'm limited in what I can say, but I can say what I said on the stand.

I will begin with a defense of this movie on three legs.

And the first leg begins in 1934, 1935, when a very young Walt Disney says that animation is not cartoons.

Animation is art, and animation can tell stories to both children and adults alike in the same film and can be a feature-length film.

And he proved that with A Certain Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

I will say that on the second leg that this is a history breaking movie because it was 30 years between what is known as the fairy tale classics.

The last one being sleeping beauty in 1959 and then this movie coming out.

Yeah, so at trial, we had some of the money mules testify, and they were victims as well.

In fact, in some ways they were the most scarred victims based on their testimony.

First of all, what the BayRob group told them in many cases, uh, they would place advertisements for them on Facebook, on, uh, uh...

They, their machines tended to be infected as well, so they, when they would go to y- Yahoo or Google, they would see an advertisement for a wire transfer agent, and so they thought this was legit.

And what the BayRob group would tell many of them was that when Americans go and travel in Europe, um, they often get mugged and lose their passport and lose their money, and so what we do is we help relatives get the money quickly.

And so these people thought they were actually doing something good, that they were helping out.

So they've been really, um, uh, they've been really accommodating with us.

And then, uh, the end of January I get an email from a guy from the state of Nevada going, "Hi, you're running a tobacco show, aren't you?" Said, "We'd love to talk to you." I said, "Oh, God, here it comes." Um, they've been very nice, but long story short, anybody that is selling or sampling tobacco at a table in the show has to register with the state of Nevada for a temporary, for a single event registration, and then at the end of the show they have to give the state of Nevada 30% of the wholesale price of what they sold.

Yeah.

So they're, so they're good.

The problem comes up when, um, I'll make up a fake name of somebody and say, uh, Joe from San Francisco brings, you know, 30 or 40 vintage tins of tobacco out of his cellar and has a table and wants to sell some pipes and tobaccos.

Well, Joe's gonna have to go and register each one of those on the form and take a picture of the label of each one of those tins on the form and submit it 60 days in advance.
