Sally UrenHOST
Why is the transition of the food system critical for the short and long-term success of Griffith Food?

Brian GriffithGUEST
Well, I think if you look at where we sit as a food company, so as a new product development company on food ingredients, is the undeniable connection between ourselves and the natural landscape and where we grow our raw materials to create the recipes, the sauces, the seasonings, and the marinades that we create for our customers.

Brian GriffithGUEST
So fundamentally, our relationship with the agricultural system is outrageously important and essential are also in terms of we think about our consumers and the idea of nutrition and its connection to consumers around the world.

Brian GriffithGUEST
And if we step back and look at the planetary boundaries that are being exceeded on multiple levels, we can see that we have a challenge in that overall, at minimum, a defense related to resilience, is important for us to be able to step back, look at, and cross the food agricultural landscape address more effectively.
