You know, for us, the major first change that we try to bring to combat veterans is a change in mindset.

You know, veterans struggle mightily with these challenges.

They also, in the post 9-11 era, you know, struggle with this awareness of this incredible sacrifice that they made, that their teammates made, that those that didn't make it home made.

You know, let's be honest, our wars didn't end the way we wanted them to.

And, you know, that really challenges a lot of our veterans going forward.

How did you build trust and cohesion under those constraints? And what does that teach leaders in any setting about not waiting for perfect conditions?
