So what's that collaborative process been like if you come up with your ideas and have a lot of stuff plastered?

Yeah, I mean, we've all grown in that regard.

Obviously, this is a great coaching staff.

They just come off winning the Super Bowl.

There's a lot of great coaches, one of which I had the opportunity to work with before, but in a different role.

And so we kind of had to go through a process of our own of them learning exactly how I see things and how I want to call the game.

And that was a lot of like me being the voice and them listening.

What are some of the pros and cons from being able to get heavy like that in terms of whether they're going to match or they're going to play nickel?

How has it been working with Justin Outten and Jake Peets, uh, with their continuity from last year to merging with you?

Uh, it, it's been great.

Not only them, but the entire coaching staff, honestly.

Like, the, you know, the, it's, the transition was very, very easy.

It took us a while in the off-season to get on the same page with just some differences in terminology and making sure that what a word, you know, I think one word means something, and they think it means the exact same thing, 'cause sometimes you can get lost in translation across football 'cause people recycle words.

So that was a process.

But now that we've gotten back to camp and are installing things again, it's, it's been really awesome.

Do you see a difference in, in how he's playing now versus back then?
