I guess before we get into this exactly, Better Business, Better World, I know that's coming up in December, so we got some time still, but keeping it high level, what are some of the things you're gonna, you're gonna speak about and just known for speaking about in general?

Brian AdamsonGUEST
One of the things that I've been relatively good at is helping folks discover, develop, and deploy their gifts into their purpose.

Brian AdamsonGUEST
And for many of us, you know, depending on the context and culture that we grew up in, we oftentimes find ourselves going the traditional, what, what used to be the traditional route of going to college and then going to corporate.

Brian AdamsonGUEST
We forget about the fact that we were designed with specific gifts and talents that go far beyond the four walls of a corporate context.

you've established in corporate that this is my floor i will take no less than this and then when it comes down to business you go let me find cheapest thing i can sell and so you know our philosophy is One offer, one audience, one funnel, one mechanism to one million.

Brian AdamsonGUEST
And so what happens is if I look at the culmination of all my skill, what is the biggest problem I can solve for my ideal client or my ideal avatar? And if we can focus on just that, we'll find that, let's just say, for instance, if, you know, I've been in project management and corporate for 20 years.

Brian AdamsonGUEST
And, you know, I go and find... seven figure let's say i find companies that are doing somewhere between 500 000 and 3 million dollars that you know oftentimes you and i both know adam if you have good enough business and you got good throughput you could hustle your way to seven figures and seven figures plus but as you scale up you got to have certain systems and processes in place if you actually want to get beyond that point so if i took this project management skill and i was able to go in to these companies and I could find that they got leakage in certain areas of the business to where it's costing them $500,000 a year on average from not getting these things solidified in their infrastructure, then do you think for the average business owner in that position that's losing a half a million dollars a year, that it will be worth them paying me $50,000 to plug that hole for them? Of course, they get a 10X return.

i was working i was working for countrywide at that time wow yeah i was doing strategic planning um rode up and down the elevator with angela mozilla who was the ceo he ended up on the cover of time magazine january 2009 issue as the number one cause of that meltdown i could tell you stories that they didn't even share in the big short but anyway yeah so i know that world really well go ahead

Brian AdamsonGUEST
But the interesting thing was, you know, while it was painful, I wasn't jaded yet because I was so new to this thing.

Brian AdamsonGUEST
But that hundred and forty seven thousand dollar house I could get for twenty eight grand now.

So, Brian, we were just about to ask, where are you growing next, given all that you've done? What's on the horizon for you now?
