Great, great question.

I mean, obviously based out of Boston, so I'm not always at the affiliate.

So balancing the information we have, video, um, we're really lucky to have a lot of different tools that we can see how players are doing with between leaderboards and, and video, like I said.

My favorite part of the job is going to affiliates and interacting with players and coaches.

Uh, building those relationships, getting to know players on a personal level, getting to see how they tick, uh, what they do well, what they're struggling with, and really getting to know them, uh, intimately.

I mean, part of the best part of working baseball is being able to watch baseball, and being able to go all the way down to the DSL, uh, up to, to Worcester, which is, you know, fairly close to here, is my favorite part.

Where, where does the Red Sox organization stand in terms of where the priorities are, in terms of teaching winning, teaching velocity, and what have you?

Give us an update on where things stand from those guys drafted last summer.

Yeah, Anthony Einson just got promoted to double A. He's made one start.

He had a skip last week, but, uh, just a guy who really, uh, I think in, in a short amount of time, very similar to Peyton, just embodies what we're hoping a player comes in and does, the work ethic, the open-mindedness-...

the willingness to challenge himself and try things that maybe he hadn't tried in college, and he put on some really good weight, really good strength, and his Velo popped pretty quick, uh, in spring training.

And, um, the performance really, quite frankly, forced us to challenge him to push in the double A.

Uh, you know, we, we looked at where Peyton was last year just as a comparison, as a guy who was a fast riser.

I think he made 12 starts in high A before, before we moved him, and Anthony made five.
