Brewhouse

We've got a capacity of about 4 million litres of beer.

In the Brewhouse in Melbourne, we're producing about 200,000 litres, give or take, with a capacity there of about a million litres of beer as well.

We've got a reasonable amount going on, but we just try and keep it fresh and service local communities and make sure that we keep the best beer in everyone's hands we possibly can.

As JP said, we've got 32 taps pouring there.

For, uh, we're gonna talk with a group of folks here.

They are all here from the, uh, Genesee Brewing Company and Brewhouse in Rochester.

I bet anybody that recognizes Rochester, New York is gonna immediately think about Genesee Brewing Company.

I would think so, yes.

Well, we're gonna start with the Brewhouse master first, and that would be Dean Jones.

And, uh, Dean, thanks for joining us, man.

It was quite the fixture in San Antonio.

The original Brewhouse building and the adjacent buildings, Boiler Room and so forth, all of those are still there.

You go down there and they've done a great job of when it's currently the San Antonio Museum of Art has been since the early 80s.

They've done a good job of kind of restoring inside and out all these other buildings, reusing them for other purposes.
