While I was disappointed to miss out on some carnage, I was still happy to be given the platform, and Piers was actually quite reasonable in his line of questioning, apart from always asking three questions at once.

That would have saved a lot of lives, but RFK doesn't like it, and Trump doesn't seem to care, nor does he even seem to have been aware of what the reporter was talking about.

So six months into the tenure of the most controversial health secretary in modern US history, we're debating whether RFK is making America healthy again or perhaps the opposite.

To debate this, I'm joined by Bret Weinstein, a professor of evolutionary biology and host of the Dark Horse podcast, and by Brett Giroir, who's the physician-scientist and former Assistant Secretary for Health in the first Trump administration.

You, you spoke in the book to folks that were involved in the COVID response, including people like, um, Admiral Brett Giroir and, and others.

Is your sense from talking to those folks now that if something like another COVID or the scenario you outline in the book, et cetera, another type of scenario like this were to happen, would the US be more or less prepared than it was when COVID hit?
