And like, I think it indicates a little bit, certainly the way she told that story later about, maybe a slightly performative flair that you're she was really doing the dangerous stuff so it's not like stolen you know outlaw valor or whatever she was like she she even said that she was looking for some sort of spiritual fix um when they were doing the crimes and you know i don't know there's an american music club song where they talk about something like saints who are only holy when they sin and i think of judy as like this great as you guys already said trickster archetype in that in that way

yeah i think that kind of like dyadic quality that you're highlighting it's all over her music and it's like all over her performance of herself for as long as she's alive you know like these two things she holds them at the same time they kiss you're making me think also about those rebel characters that you're bringing up in, you know, we, we actually have a good amount of Judy talking about her music, like in the BBC sessions, she introduces a lot of the songs and we have that audio in interviews.

Sometimes she'll talk about the songs, but whenever she talks about those rebel characters, she says that they're about these men in her life who she's loved, who've maybe wronged her in some way.
