So in Brisbane itself, Underwood, Springwood, Tingalpa, Mansfield, Chermside, these smaller little niche markets will actually do quite well because people that live around there, they don't want to drive to Geebung or Zilme or Brendale, Shorncliffe or on the south side, Yatla and everything.

They'll pay more to stay near the kids' school, to stay near the house and everything like that.

So we ended up purchasing, we purchased three blocks and I put another block onto a business partner of mine and he bought it out right and I project managed it for him.

But it seems to be working quite well, and I think we're starting to get somewhere.

Yeah, if anyone is in the area and wants to pick up some stuff or get some turf, GoTurf in Brendale is their shop front there, and it's an incredible setup.

I even saw a Greenworks electric motorbike in the front that you sell too, so it's quite a diverse offering.

Not only that, you've got the Brendale shop front, you've got the retail arm and the business.
