Brenda Braxton

Welcome to a new episode of Back to Basics: Reconnecting to the Essence of You.

My guest today is Brenda Braxton.

She's a Tony-nominated Broadway powerhouse, actress, director, producer, entrepreneur, whose career has never been confined to one stage.

From Dreamgirls, Cats, and Smokey Joe's Cafe, to an unforgettable run as Velma Kelly in Chicago, Brenda has spent decades reinventing herself.

And now through pause, B- be- by B Braxton, as she's talking and taking it on another stage entirely, helping women navigate menopause, midlife, and what comes next.

Not as an ending, but as an invitation to rediscover joy, confidence, and possibility.

Brenda Braxton, welcome to Back to Basics.

Well, thank you for having me.

Welcome back to the Nutrition and Life podcast.

My name is Lisa, I'm your host, and in today's episode, I'm speaking with Tony-nominated Broadway star and Grammy winner Brenda Braxton.

Brenda and I spoke about her program PAUSE, and how to create sustainable, joyful wellness rituals when it feels like hormones are running the show.
