Yeah, no, things are going really well.

And, you know, we're a mission driven company.

We come from, I come from growing up and watching my father lead the city of Charleston.

He was the mayor of Charleston for 40 years, for four decades.

And Watched him build trust with the residents of Charleston, the good old-fashioned way, Janice, the retail and the really listening to everyone and understanding what's the pulse of the community.

Didn't need to do polls to do that.

And that's one of the things that quite frankly frustrates me.
