If I could quickly tell this story.

The album cover they sent, it's crazy because those iCreature dudes are insane geniuses.

But for whatever reason, we already had the vision of what we wanted.

But, but love to hear like what are you guys up to now you know it does seem like there may be a little bit more activity in the far less camp i'd love to just kind of hear like what are you guys up to now is there new music that you're all writing you're all like thinking about uh you know especially you know because uh you know talking with a lot of bands especially bands that were super active in the mid 2000s now kind of coming i mean i'm sure you've seen this where a lot of those bands are kind of coming back together the internet makes it much more easy to to write music when you're maybe a few hundred miles apart or a thousand miles apart So I'd just love to hear, like, is there any energy around far less for you guys?

Yeah.

I, I agree 100%.

It's not a frozen market.

It's not fully thawed.

We, we at Bamboo HR do a lot of research, and we have a lot of access to data, and we were speaking to this not long ago, where it's hard to work through the noise to figure out what's going on in the hiring market.

Ultimately, we've discovered, you'll have to check me on this if you guys are seeing otherwise, it's slowed, but it's not fully stopped.

So what drives somebody at a young age? What got you inspired to move into the industry and role that you're in today?

So believe it or not, man, my path into pharmacy wasn't exactly traditional.

So this is actually my second career path.

So before pharmacy school, I was actually working in banking.

And one of my clients, ironically, happened to be the associate dean of the College of Pharmacy at the time.

And so I was a relationship banker.

And so part of your role of being a relationship banker is to build rapport and build long lasting relationships with your clients.

What does it mean that it's in clinical trials?

you know and you know back to that that mom who doesn't want to have to come in for you know pregnant woman who doesn't want to have to come in you know three times a month for for the appointments from nato care what does it look like and how does the practice of medicine change and tell us a little bit about telehealth.org and how they educate and and what what that looks like

Yeah, you know, what's interesting is that with COVID, there was no opportunity for training on how to do this the right way.

Everybody was thrust in and we just had to do it and survive.

Like you're just surviving, you're just swimming and you're just grabbing on to whatever you can.

And we didn't have the time to train and get systems set up and do it the proper way.

And we figured it out and it led to some successes, but also some failures along the way.

And it went from, you know, telehealth was a luxury before it became a requirement during COVID.

Talk to us a little bit about your founder story.

Yeah, no, my founder story actually goes back to when I was a PhD student.

So I was a PhD student at the University of Utah in biomedical informatics.

And my focus was actually around decision support for doctors whole genome sequence information within the EHR.

So as the doctor's using the EHR, it automatically pulls whole genome sequence information with decision support and displays it to the patient in real time in the EHR.

And that was my PhD thesis.

And I have a master's degree in genetics.
