Brandon Valley School District 49-2

Talk about guys who kind of get lost in the shuffle.

He was on the same offensive line at Brandon Valley.

As Hudson Parliament, you're a Hawkeye fan, so I'm sure you understood how big of a recruit that is.

He's only the best lineman to ever play, one of the best football players to ever play in the last 30-plus years, Curtis Riggs, who watches all of it.

I see his family every single time I walk on the Coyote Walk.

They're right there front and center.

His head coach, obviously the Brandon Valley head coach was here this last weekend supporting him and supporting us.

So a lot of narrative out here about, you know, we don't do this and we don't do that.

It's an interesting matchup.

Harrisburg did not look good in the second half against Brandon Valley.

It was basically a tie game at half, but Harrisburg had missed an extra point and then missed a two-point conversion to tie.

But it was two touchdowns apiece at the break, and then Brandon Valley scored all 24 points in the second half.

So Harrisburg has some potential.

They've got a great running back in David Doe.

So let's go through the teams and get Trent's takes.

On Jefferson, which feels like a number one, But not like head and shoulders.

Obviously.

My oldest, who's now a senior in high school for Brandon Valley, they're back-to-back baseball championships, and he was on last year's team.

Yeah.

He's hoping to make it three in a row this coming spring.

And so we live kind of towards and by Willow Run a little bit.

Yeah.

which is in the brandon school district obviously great school district we have three boys that play baseball and hockey so as you as you know baseball is not a sanctioned high school sport so that's still through the brandon valley baseball association and then hockey uh they're in the flyers association play over at the iceplex and so um i none of our kids actually play sanctioned sports like through through brandon so uh from a high from a school standpoint but it's been a great experience and uh we've we've enjoyed living here and the boys have have grown up well in sioux falls and

meanwhile you're a part of a very sanctioned organization the summit league When you come in here, they roll out the court here in the arena where things will commence in March.

That was Friday night.

We had a fun time, Brandon Valley and Harrisburg.

And you brought out you must have eaten paint chips as a kid.

Well, you know, there was someone that contributed an even dumber statement than what you did.
