Was that purposeful or are we overblowing this? Was NAEMSP a little bit hesitant to really take a stance on spinal immobilization?

I think historically NAMSP, and I've only been on the board now for five months, just kind of seeing behind the scenes stuff.

But when it comes to developing and promulgating these position statements, NAMSP is really big on collaborating with other professional associations.

You'll see American College of Surgeons a lot on some of these, especially with a lot of the trauma compendium papers that just came out.

You'll see, especially for some of the more operational stuff, really heavy on American Ambulance Association, NAEMT, IAFC, IAFF, and others.

So lots of collaboration.
