Brandon Codrington

At linebacker, they got Jalen Graham.

And then at defensive back, they got Brandon Codrington and Jalen Stroman.

So a corner and a safety available.

Now they did work out other guys as well.

worked out for San Francisco Dante Pettis gets the job and covering them at cornerback Kobe Bryant Corey Ballantyne and Sam Webb and then at quarterback they brought in Dorian Thompson Robinson so of course Dante Pettis was signed but will the Niners bring any of these other guys in that's what I want to know I think there's a chance because they worked out some corners.

And at this current moment, the only cornerback technically on the 49ers practice squad is Brandon Codrington.

And he's not really a corner.

He's kind of exclusively a return man.

there's an injury.

Matt, for the same reason that they would have an extra defensive back when they had Brandon Codrington.

He clearly was never going to play.

It's the same thing.

They've done that before with punt returners.

They've done that.

Brandon Codrington's a great example.

They just had an extra DB when they normally wouldn't.

And I don't know if it's a trap game or anything like that.

And I'm not – the only guy I saw seemingly having any issues with the trap was Brandon Codrington, who was just straight up asleep in his locker before practice on Wednesday, which I don't blame him.

I'd be sleeping too.

But it seemed like everybody was like, yeah, I'm over it now.
