Brainsway

So that's a great question.

And so I just wanna remind us that we did have a large study by BrainsWay that did a simultaneous sort of a symptom provocation with TMS, and it didn't end well for the active group, right? So the combination of active stimulation with a trauma-provoking kind of thing, uh, compared to sham, actually, the, the, the active group did worse than the sham.

So, so that tells us a few things.

It reminds us to be cautious about the simultaneous use of stimulation and, and, uh, and, uh, trauma-evoking, uh, behaviors.

But it does go back to the, the hospitals.

They just, they just can't do it any other way, right? 'Cause I, I had a similar experience where someone came to me for TMS, and they specifically wanted a Brainsway.

They had gone for their very first treatment to the hospital at Sibley, where they had a Brainsway, and I swear they put that Brainsway in the basement, and I think they spent extra money to install a special door that would creak just like on Frankenstein.

You know, it's li- they couldn't have done a better job of making the environment like more terrifying, institutionalized, hospitalized.
