What do you think this commentary says about the quality of the build, and perhaps maybe gives us a, a, a vignette of the type of person Ross was?

Bradley S. KleinGUEST
In fact, uh, just this morning, I was reviewing the aerials from the late '20s, early '30s that are on, um, uh, display at the Hagley Museum in, um, in Delaware.

Bradley S. KleinGUEST
There was an aerial photographer named Victor Dahlin who went around the Mid-Atlantic photo-photographing [clears throat] golf courses, among other things, and he had a non-distorting camera mounted at the bottom of his airplane, and he flew over from three thousand, thirty-five hundred feet.

Bradley S. KleinGUEST
He was a real golf enthusiast, ended up, uh, retiring in the village of Pinehurst, of all places.

Bradley S. KleinGUEST
But, uh, there's a collection of about 500 of his golf course photographs, and Aronimink stands out, uh, for the proliferation of bunkering.

Just wondering what can you tell us about the project, how the opportunity arose, and why Ross was the ideal designer for Ted Hutton's coastal property at Juno Beach?
