Conscious of the fact that we've honed in a little bit on what might be classified as bigger organisations, but how does this really, in the end, differ for a small business when you're, I suppose, a little under-resourced in relation to a bigger organisation that may have departments upon departments to support this? When you're a small business, how do you ensure that you get that right and that you're being competitive, I suppose, with the ones that may be more resourced?
