Yeah, hand me the

cutaway and I can kind of explain some of the things that kind of make this an improvement from the original copper series.
7:00
You know, if we rewind back, it was really developed back when a hundred grain charges were more the standard.
7:06
And so it was really optimized for that is for pretty much white tail deer, you know, mule deer.
7:13
And, you know, yes, it can be used on elk, but it was for lighter animals, lower powder charges.
7:19
And, you know, as you know, most of the guns we're building today, it's like 150 grain charges, you know, those, these Magnum loads are what people are running.
7:27
And so the, the performance with 150 grains is, was just not that great.

Pretty much
56:02
Mm-hmm
56:02
... different stories that I'm like, I don't want that to happen.
56:05
If I'm taking all this time to go out in the woods to-The, the cheapest part of that whole thing is probably the powder in my gun.
56:13
And so if I have to throw that away because I've been hunting for three days and I didn't shoot the gun, kind of is what it is, and I'll go forward with that.
56:21
Now, I do know that there's people that have said, "Oh, yeah, I've kept mine a little longer, and it hasn't been an issue." But, you know, if it's wet weather, I'm going to consider, you know, if it, if I'm hunting in the rain, I'm using new powder every day because it's a high likelihood that maybe some moisture got down the barrel even if I have tape over it or, you know, that flash hole, there is moisture, you know, that can get in there.
56:43
And again, the last thing I want is click and no boom.
56:47
So.

12 MINS LATER

Mm.
