He said breathing in, breathing out, and knowing it, that's all it is, just trying to get to it as a bare sensation and get beyond that story of like, "I'm in pain," to being like, "What does this pain actually feel like, and what are other parts of me feeling that are maybe not so subsumed or zeroed in on the pain?"
