Boy Meets Grill

Like a lot of people, I think I spent a lot of time when my, I worked from home for quite a long time, but I spent a lot of time um, you know, watching Bobby, beat Bobby Flay or not even beat Bobby Flay.

It was like the boy meets grill.

It's the really early Bobby Flay shows on the food network trying to learn how to grill him.

I'll, I'll remember this to the day I die, but I, I spent one day trying to perfect this Bobby Flay recipe on the grill.

And I'll tell you why that is one of those things that, so when I mentioned my wife is Greek, she's also half Puerto Rican and I'm, and I'm half Puerto Rican and half Irish.

And so we've got a place in Puerto Rico.

And, um, when my kids were young or Polly was still with us and we were on vacation down in Puerto Rico, um, I was watching, again, watching Boy Meets Grill with Bobby Flay.

And I'm watching Bobby Flay do this big paella pan on this monster Weber kettle grill.
