Bowie-Dick test

It's the daily air removal test.

It's our Bowie Dick test, so something we ought to understand a little bit better, and who better to ask than Don?

Yeah, you know, this is actually one of my favorite interview tests, either for people who are applying to work in my hospital that have worked in other hospitals before or if they're travelers and they want to come work.

I throw in a quick question on explain to me what the Bowie Dick test actually tests.

Just to get a baseline understanding of, do they know? I know they got credentials and I got certifications, but do they actually know what it is they're doing every day? This is one of my ringer questions.

So now we're going to give away all the answers on this interview.

It's important to bring up that daily piece of it, and I just want to go back and say I appreciate you bringing up some of the history of where we got this crazy name.
