And probably if I skipped it, I would be fine once, but I don't wanna like let it, like, overloads, uh, in time because that's how it always ends, um, with injuries, when you just skip once, skip twice, and then you get injured.

I think from hearing about, like, how the Bowerman Track Club used to train way back in the day, it was, you know, sometimes you'd be going through these workouts, and then Jerry just kind of cuts it before you're actually just sort of like totally wrecked.

H- has that sort of like happened in sort of your approach, in, in his approach to training with you at this time around?

So it's been nice that, yeah, I feel like since kind of the BTC days, over the last time we were in like a training environment together, we definitely like don't bicker as much.

I feel like there's a lot, yeah, like Lucia said, a lot less ego at play and a lot less insecurity, even though they sometimes can feel insecure.

And I think like in, uh, Brussels, she, she did mention, like, she made a comment in the mix zone afterwards that like he's given her the confidence in, in, in telling her that like she might be the most talented athlete that he's worked with.

Uh, and when you think of the long list of Bowerman Track Club athletes that he's worked with, like that's a very, very high praise-
