that, like, was it one of the ones we tasted that said it needs to elevate? This needs something to, I'm trying to think of something that would be, I think still in the cheese family, but one of the spreadables.

Like the Alouette or the Boursin that I bring to parties where it's a nice spreadable, a brie or something like that.

It's kind of creamy to calm this down a little bit because I think, I honestly think, and again, I'm being prejudiced because of how my palate is.

I wouldn't, this is not a wine I would sit around and drink on its own.
