Howard calls Peterson Boulders.

Peterson wears contact lenses and most of the time he gets a little piece of dust back out of them.

And he says they look big as rocks.

So Howard picked that up and called him Boulders.

Elston has a name for all of his pitches.

His most famous being what he calls Whitey Ford, chairman of the board.

It is very true.

When I was younger and pursuing some of these like ultra endurance stuff, there was a coach who sent me this little essay that basically said, many people imagine Sisyphus like suffering because he, Boulder falls back down the hill and he has to climb back up the mountain with it on repeat.

And it's better to imagine Sisyphus is happy and enjoying of the journey of rolling that back up and seeing new heights and that each experience has its own dimensionality to it, even if theoretically it's the same mountain.

And that always sort of stuck with me even in high school as I was training for different things and the like.
