But, you know, Beth and I went back and forth for a while and said, "Hey, what do you got for ideas?" Um, she was passionate about Life Flight, passionate about our people.

You know, how can we solve this? So the first idea was, "All right, let's start with peer support." We were able to tap into Boston MedFlight's peer support after the Lewiston shooting, which I'll forever, forever be grateful for them stepping up.

Um, they've got a great program there.

So let's, let's start with that.

We do it with, um, out of three bases.

We have great mutual aid agreements with, um, DART at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, Boston MedFlight, um, UMass.

All, all the programs across New England are part of a group called the Northeast Air Alliance.

And, uh, we are able to cross state lines and provide mutual aid care fairly seamlessly, and each of our communication centers, you know, takes over the flight following and all the work for anybody that crosses into our state and vice versa.
