So how did the business come about?

Yeah, I first started the company six years ago, really in the smart home space.

So think about door locks, thermostats, sensors and units.

And we did a lot of apartment retrofits and energy efficiency kind of deployments as we grew and manage more and more of these clients and REITs and real estate developers.

We had to find a solution for mass deployments.

The ability to install thousands of these devices across North America without being necessarily on site, without having a foreman or project manager on site.

And so we developed an app in-house to have full remote project management, remote diagnostics right in the app.

so follow-up question this the human in the loop uh the project manager uh this is a corporate employee that works for you or is this again like is it a contractor and two when when you're referring to ai what is the ai scene are you uploading images is like real-time video um to be able to correct uh angle is there or whatever it might be.
