Uh, y- yeah, but it could end up being harmful to them if they follow through on this.

Oh, don't, wasn't there something during the pandemic about drinking Borax will get rid of COVID? Like, these, these are incredibly harmful.

And really you can't trust anything you see without double checking on a credible media outlet.

Which is why, John, I'm always baffled when I hear a certain sect of indui- individuals say, "Don't trust the mainstream media." The media's the gatekeeper where there's actual rules for what you and I do and what we broadcast.

A, they used more water to wash their clothes, but, B, they could use...

They would use a laundry bar with washing soda, and the recipe that's spread throughout the DIY communities also includes Borax.

And I found one with no Borax.

I found that just washing soda and the laundry bar, and that's it.

And I thought, "Well, I wonder if it's the Borax sticking to my pipes." So then, um, I made laundry detergent, tried it, and it worked.

It, it, A, it got the clothes cleaner than when the Borax was in them, because I have very hard water, by the way.

And then it also did not, um, like re-solidify after dissolving in the water.

And I was like, "Well, I think my problem came from the Borax in the homemade solution." So a test for those of you using powdered laundry detergent would be to put some in a jar and shake it, leave it out for a day or two, and see if you're getting a lot of solids settling back out, because that can go in your pipes.

What I've done in the past, there's three things that I've done.

One, I've tried mixing in a little bit of Borax and a little bit of sugar in, like, a little cap, leaving it by the colony.

They attract the ant.

They bring it to the queen.

It's Elmer's, people.

And then separately mix half a cup of warm water and a quarter teaspoon of Borax.

Then mix all that together, then profit.

You can also add food coloring to the water or add glitter or mashed bananas or whatever you want.

And the key to seeing the Weissenberg effect is to get a rod that you can make spin slowly.

You can even do it by hand with some types of non-Newtonian fluids.

And if you wanna turn this into an experiment rather than just a demo, try controlling the amount of Borax versus the amount of glue that you put in and see if that affects how far you can get it to climb up the rod.

Or try something else.

So piling all of that stuff in the utility sink, in a bathtub, whatever.

Putting in some detergent, some OxiClean, Borax, all of that kind of stuff is going to go in there and let it soak.

And when you let it soak, you will be appalled by the color of water that you're going to see after it soaks.

You're guilty of this, and people online are guilty of this.

If you're in a climate that you can't do that, getting a fan on it, getting that air circulation and getting it good and dry.

hanging at your car and drive 60 down the road.

Now you talked about OxyClean, Borax, detergent.

What should we avoid using to clean our equipment? Like bleach, obviously bleach.

You need to frame

that damn box of Borax and put it to cover that whole French cleat wall.

That's what you need to do.

Do a big French cleat to hang the Borax box.
