The self-serve yogurt chain is emerging as one of the most recognizable Australian fast food export brands, opening in the UK, Singapore, the US.

Sales rose by 55% to more than $2.27 million for the year ending 30 June, according to updates circulated among investors.

Yoshi was, of course, founded by billionaire toy legend Manny Stuhl and step-student Paul Solomon, who hoped to ride the frozen yogurt trend, which was exploding across the US at the time.

Celebrity chef George Kalambaras acquired the chain in 2018 and was forced to sell it to the Boost Juice founders, Janine and Jeff Ellis, and their sons, Oliver and Riley, in 2020, when it had only four stores.

It now has more than 70.

they'll queue for anything.

But anyway, the Alice family, which is Janine Alice, of course, behind Boost Juice, bought Yochi in 2020 when it had just four stores.

By last financial year, that had grown to 53.

Singapore opened last year.
