And today we have a special explainer type episode because Missouri has been in the news pretty frequently as we've been getting ready for the midterm elections about the redistricting process that we've been undergoing since almost a year at this point.

But true, too, because there seems to be a tendency to want to be a Democrat if you're a bureaucrat.

You can have these stories all over the place.

And it depends on what exactly the bureaucrat is trying to accomplish, too.

We're having a person in from the Goldwater Institute here later, a guy named Dave Rowland, and he is scheduled to discuss a Boone County event with a warning to a lady who serves free breakfast in her Harrisburg home.

We're going to get an update on what that.

In Denton County, one in seven of those flagged had already proved that they were citizens by the time that reporters checked.

In Boone County, Missouri, more than half of those flagged were citizens.

Alabama inactivated more than 3,000 voters and later acknowledged that more than 2,000 of them were eligible.

In June, a federal judge in Washington blocked that overhaul, writing that officials haphazardly combined and repurposed the private information of millions of Americans, including citizenship data that they knew to be unreliable.

Um, so there should be some things that are looked at and some things that the, uh, Congress should debate on, uh, moving forward.

Um, a lot of things, um, they had talked about and just d-did not do, but I do think that, um, if the agency is left without commissioners for a significant amount of time, that will be detrimental to the '28 election and moving forward.
